We pride ourselves on receiving very few or even zero negative feedback from our customers. It is accredited to our approach ‘Analyze, Translate, Check’:
- A document passes first through a pre-translation analysis for content familiarity and establishing the appropriate translation approach.
- During translation, content is precisely captured and reproduced according to the best wording and paraphrasing practices with no place for a word-by-word approach. A glossary containing each one of our customers’ specific preferences and terminology is referred to saving our end-users’ time and effort.
- The target text is carefully checked by our senior translator to ensure quality before delivery.
In addition to our content-bound quality assurance, we reproduce ready-to-print target documents. Whether PDF, Excel, Word or Power Point, your documents are skillfully managed maintaining the same font, font size and page layout but changing the direction of charts, graphs and tables to fit the target text.
